Agh, why so sad?

I want Mother 3 so bad. They should get crackin' on Mother 4 and put Ness back in.

Nintendo, wtf?

PinClock responds:

Actually, Ness was only in Earthbound.

In MOTHER 1 AKA Eearthbound 0, Ninten and friends had to stop the evil giglue. (spelling?)

In MOTHER2/Earthbound, which takes place a bit after EB0, Ness and friends fight Gigyas, a new form of giglue.

In MOHER 3, which takes place 1000 years after Earthbound.....I won't go on for spoiler's sake.

Thank you for enjoying the video.

Ok, a single tip to you.

What a load of bullshit! It doesn't make any sense.

Oh, and to call it a prologue, I guess you would have had to at least tell the story; we don't know what is going on, what we do know is that we have a pressing urge of voting 0.

I don't know how it passed, maybe I don't want to.

randompedestrian responds:

I PUT IT ON RIGHT AFTER THE FIRST BETTER ONE BUT THAT ONE NEVER STAYS,only the bad things i put on stay does that ever happen to you?

Not worth watching

Slow movie is slow.

Also, don't put Through Fire and Flames in a badly-made flash.

Anubis responds:

Thank you for this review. It was very freindly and help ful.

Hey, everything's fine but...

The movie seems too graphic intensive, even for my somewhat good computer. I couldn't see half the action even on "low" quality. Have you been playing with the filters?

Fierras responds:

I think it's best if you open it with 'pop up' instead of 'watch this movie'

Here and there I did use some filters, but not extensively. It's also possible that the slow playing is caused because of the size of the window.

FABULOUS!

Games, cool people (except poxpower, what a douche amirite?), booze, danmalo's tits... a dream come true.

What I'd give to go there even once... :(

BTW, nice concept.

poxpower responds:

How about

DOLLARS

MWAHAHAHAHAHA

Not a sprite hater, but

Was that movie supposed to be funny? Was there a single joke in that movie? Why does Luigi like to swear so much? Because you're 13 and it shows in your movie.

I hated how after each click there was an audio clip playing; it got irritating real quick. It was nicely done but the content is shit. Do something about it or don't submit again.

Also, +8MB for this? This movie's file size should be about 1.5 to 2 megs tops. Use streaming audio and a decent compression, it should fix the problem.

Bomber109 responds:

Yes. (Luigi Walks It Out, parody of The Sims...) Oh, and my next will not have swearing in it.

Actually, it's before each click. And actually, would you rather have no sound? I've never had anybody complain about this before.

Do you like to have music while you read the dialogue? If the answer is no, then you have a problem on your hands, because, 99% of all people like it playing in the background. Creates a mood.

It's a cool move, but chances are this move won't work too good on more advanced opponents. If your opponent doesn't know how to recover from a hard fall to the ground, then yes it can be used for a combo.

Afro-Ninja responds:

Jokes aside the knee really is the primary KO move for Falcon, advanced play or not. A lot of examples shown here wont work because they can be tech'd out of, but when you combo well with falcon it's almost always a setup for the knee

What was that? How?

That's weird; the drawings looked like they've been drawn in Flash (or better, Adobe Illustrator) but when I zoomed in I could tell this movie was in fact a video file. So the question I'd like to ask you is : why "convert" a vector animation file into a plain movie file?

Was it because it was too graphic intensive? Like hair and eyes always moving around?

Was it because of that "little touch" that Flash just can't recreate? Like those little pixels created from the compression that makes the movie look more... anime?

Or is there another reason I'm missing here? I'd like to know more about your technique.

touched responds:

I would never intentionally degrade the picture to make it appear like an older form of media. I know people do that, but I don't think it's a good thing. The graphic intensity is a part of it, or rather would have been if not for the larger problem. As I mentioned before, I'm using AS, and the SWF export is a bit buggy, resulting in a lot of shapes disappearing and it doesn't handle masking or gradients properly. That, and since I was also using a lot of raster effects in the other parts, I just exported the whole thing to raster.

fgsfds

You spelled "Kamikaze" wrong. Try again.

ComfortablePillow responds:

I realized this the moment after i posted it, and i dont know how to change it haha. i put it up at 3am on a day i had a midterm, so i was in a bit of a rush just to get it up. sorry.

FTW

This is nothing short of "fucking batshit awesome"! As far as I know, it must have taken you quite a looong time, as some things couldn't have been traced, or bitmap traced...

Only 3.76? This deserves a spot in the Top 50!

CapnBob responds:

4 months! And I have a fulltime job, so this was all of my spare time. The hand-traced bits actually take a lot longer than the stuff I drew freehand, but I was concerned that people might not recognize the scene if I didn't base as much as I could off the original picture. Eventually I want to go back and manually replace the autotraced pics.

Blam everything.
