You didn't need to tell you were inspired by "Megaman VS Quickman", I figured that out the instant I read the title, layed my eyes on the first frames and seen the weapon changing sequence; not that it's a bad thing, though.

El Cid's animation skills are better than yours, but the few high-quality pictures were a very nice touch; they looked as if they were made with a pencil/pen.

Lastly, you seem good enough with special effects, from what I've seen.

Behind all this attractive look thing...

Two downsides.
-Stolen graphics. (it's ok, but try to create your own special FX)
-Plot. Overused "Megaman(X) and Sonic characters in the same universe" concept.

Two things to think about.
-Isnt using background a graphic too? and all sprite movies have taken background and characters.
-Plot:Look depper. Its isnt No SQFP or Sonic Matrixa type MegaManX and sonic crossover thing. Its going to be EVERYWHERE. Sonic, megaman,Zelda, Stretfighter, kirby, Chrono, Mario. ususally i hate review like these sayin im just using a sonic and megaman x crossover but i need to explain that mistake, although i should have explained the concept at the first episode.

You 8-bit theater fans seem to associate 8-bit with Final Fantasy, I deplore that. Also, do not attempt, at the risk of your life, to be original; this is too much for commoners. It wouldn't have been that bad if the animation ran smoother.

One good point about this movie... I don't now. Actually, nothing seemed to get my attention.
